I found the hotel to be clean and the staff very accommodating, even during a challenging situation with my husband needing hospital care. The rooms were decent but could use some repairs and better lighting in the bathrooms. The service from the front desk to the bartenders was top-notch, trying to resolve any issues promptly. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and various attractions. The dining experience was okay, with a decent variety but became repetitive after a while. Overall, a hotel with potential but with room for improvement in various aspects.
